Monthly Fee during the Contract period.
We offer three different price programs for our customers:
1) $500.00 per month and $3,000.00 per property sold or converted. This is a nonexclusive territory which means there will be more than one person in the area.
2) $1,000.00 per month and $3,000.00 per property sold or converted. We will not have any other company in you area during the term of the contract.
3) $2,000.00 per month and $3,500.00 per property. Here we run your locators. You will not have to worry about the hiring and training of the locators. We will do it. Your job will be to agree with the property purchase, rehabilitate then either rent or sell the property.
Length of Contract:
The minimuim length of the contract is one year.
Training Fee:
Covering the cost of employees used to train your locators and expenses related to their stay. Again, this cost will depend upon the amount of training needed, travel and hotel costs. Average cost has been $6,200.00. All of the training is done at your location and by teleconference.

We offer unconditional money back guarantee on our monthly services. Should you use our services for one year and fail to gross two times the cost of the services, you will receive a full refund on the monthly fees.
